I just got a PS3 today and when I tried to configure my TV and saw nothing. I was surprised because my friend has a PS3 80GB and that classes have started on a standard TV from JVC. Please help me!

As long as you are using the standard cables that came with your ps3, (yellow video, red/white audio), the only thing you are doing wrong is not selecting the right video or input on the tv. If you have the original tv remote look for a video or av or input button.

Happened to me make sure the AV plug at the back of your ps3 is inserted tightly you have to put a bit of pressure on it same as the power cord.
