The AV cable is red and white plug-ins for audio, so audio was perfect, but the yellow video cable (video input on TV is green) so that the picture comes out perfect, but black and white. Is there a cable for the PS2 is compatible with my HDTV or maybe an adapter?

Green is an input for the Component jacks (Green, blue, white and red). The cable that comes with the PS2 is for A/V jacks (Red, White Yellow). Most HD TV have inputs for both. However, if yours doesn’t, you can buy a Component cable for the PS2 at Best Buy and other stores.
