I read several reviews of this LCD TV and was surpised to connect to a cable box and HD disappointed in the image. It is only as good as a plasma screen. I had a Samsung plasma TV connected immediately before this TV and ended up giving this LCD TV as a gift to my mother disposable. The picture is not as sharp as the image of the plasma. The display of non-HD programming was also disappointing. With all the good reviews of the TV, including one by Consumer Reports, I expected more. Maybe I expected too. If you have a plasma TV now, including demotion on TV! Television has a good menu, decent sound and good distance. A TV like this could be good in the room, but certainly not a TV room. This is not a dog, its just not a Cadillac. Rating: 3 / 5

Amazon is the best online retailer I bought. These 2 big screen TV that I bought on Amazon, and both times I received the TV very quickly and without problemas.El Sony TV is excellent, you can not beat Sony.Eagle Frt. has always done an excellent job for me. Good resorts in true high definition picture. My complaint is not television, is the cable operator. I have a Sony KDL-40V2500 40 “BRAVIA V-Series LCD HDTV 1080p] and Comcast here in Florida, with very few stations in true high definition.
