What is the best calorie burning exercise I can do while watching TV-Without equipment?


That’s all. And do you know approximately how many calories you burn for half an hour, or any other time? For example, do situps to be intelligent? I am trying to burn fat and not build muscle. I can not use an exercise video. . . because I’ll watch. I’m not fat, but I was up there, and I do not like exercise, so that could also have fun while doing it. Thank you! Awww, I know, but I have a string yet!

    jumping jacks, run in place, sit ups, shadow box… anything that can get your heart rate up.
